Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our innovative and proactive purchasing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our purchasing strategy, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive purchasing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms
  • Lead the procurement process for technical films, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our purchasing operations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and industry developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
