Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our innovative and proactive purchasing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, managing complex projects, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy to optimize the value chain and drive business growth
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective and efficient procurement processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and industry developments to inform procurement decisions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
