About the Role:

As an Antitrust Compliance Officer at Deutsche Börse AG, you will be part of a team of compliance and regulatory specialists who work together to mitigate compliance risks through various measures, including monitoring and assessing developments in applicable regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess antitrust-related compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement, develop, and maintain an efficient and effective antitrust compliance framework.
  • Provide behavioral guidance to employees throughout the organization on antitrust compliance matters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on antitrust compliance matters and provide training to employees.
  • Prepare antitrust-related compliance reports and disclosures to senior management.
  • Work with various group entities and areas exposed to antitrust compliance risk to minimize antitrust compliance risks.

About You:

  • You hold a university degree in law, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance or Legal, preferably with a focus on Compliance Management Systems.
  • You have profound knowledge of competition law and related requirements, as well as industry best practices.
  • You possess strong writing, conceptual, and methodological skills, with the ability to communicate positions clearly and structuredly.
  • You are able to work in a team and in a matrix organization within a multicultural and multi-location, international environment, with high levels of initiative, commitment, and motivation.
  • You are proficient in German and English.
