Senior Compliance Specialist

The Senior Compliance Specialist at PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH is tasked with assisting the global Chief Compliance Officer in navigating compliance and regulatory challenges, particularly in the realm of anti-financial crime initiatives, including anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption, and sanctions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance and refine compliance policies, procedures, and practices to align with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and execute internal compliance procedures, templates, and best practices while providing support to the global compliance team.
- Conduct compliance activities in line with established policies, focusing on anti-financial crime due diligence.
- Create and deliver tailored compliance training programs for employees.
- Represent compliance and anti-financial crime interests in executive meetings and committees, ensuring effective reporting to stakeholders.
- Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
- Encourage a robust compliance culture throughout the company.
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in coordinating and executing global compliance initiatives, taking ownership of specific compliance topics.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in compliance, particularly in anti-financial crime within financial services or real estate sectors.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of investment and real estate business operations.
- Experience in a global coordination role, responsible for monitoring legal and regulatory changes and implementing new policies.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and German.
