About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Policy Specialist to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a Health Policy Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and evaluating health policy developments, providing strategic advice to our clients, and monitoring the reimbursement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate health policy developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on health policy trends and developments
  • Monitor the reimbursement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services
  • Develop strategies for new products to ensure market access, pricing, and reimbursement
  • Coordinate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a health insurance company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
