We're looking for a talented Production Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the production of all retail print media, including openings, daily demand, campaigns, events, and branding.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the production of all retail print media, including print materials, packaging, and point-of-sale displays.
- Source and procure print materials and services from vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate the production process with our production team and ensure timely delivery of print materials.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality print materials.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop new print materials and campaigns.
- Manage print budgets and ensure cost-effective production processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with print vendors and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in print production.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role in a marketing agency, print shop, or similar industry.
- Proven track record of managing print production projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana, is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
