About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Education Program Manager to join our innovative team at CELUS. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs, focusing on electronics design and STEM education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an education program for our electronics design platform, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and goals.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including video tutorials, quizzes, task sheets, and certificates, to support the platform's growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and success teams to organize the creation of content, promoting the platform and gathering feedback from the academic community.
  • Build relationships with universities, professors, and students in the electronics engineering field to support the platform's growth and promote STEM education.
  • Engage with the academic community to promote the platform and gather feedback, ensuring a strong network of partners and supporters.
Requirements
  • Background in education or electronics engineering (or similar field) with a strong understanding of STEM education principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to create engaging learning materials and content, with proficiency in content creation tools and online learning platforms.
  • Project management skills, with experience in coordinating with marketing, success teams, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and a passion for STEM education.
