About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Education Program Manager to join our innovative team at CELUS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs, focusing on electronics design and engineering.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an education program for our electronics design platform
  • Creating engaging learning materials, such as video tutorials, quizzes, task sheets, and certificates
  • Collaborating with the marketing and success teams to organize content creation
  • Building relationships with universities, professors, and students in the electronics engineering field to support the platform's growth
  • Engaging with the academic community to promote the platform and gather feedback

Requirements

  • Background in education or electronics engineering (or a related field)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in building connections within the academic and electronics engineering communities
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., video editing software, quiz-making tools)
  • Project management skills (ability to coordinate with marketing, success teams, and external partners)
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, or similar)
