About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Principal Consultant to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading international SAP ERP and S/4HANA projects with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, execute, and control international SAP ERP and S/4HANA implementation, transformation, and rollout projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in defining end-to-end processes.
  • Implement new solutions and strategies to optimize SAP systems for our clients.
  • Analyze, design, and implement business processes.
  • Identify and proactively address problems, including developing solution proposals that consider economic and capacity-related factors.
  • Support pre-sales and client relationship development.
  • Contribute to company development and the evolution of our project management methodology.
  • Depending on role and function, lead and develop team members.
Requirements
  • Completed university degree (e.g., business administration, computer science, industrial engineering) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years of experience in conceiving, executing, controlling, and leading SAP ERP projects (focus on logistics/SCM) and initial knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in harmonizing business processes in industrial companies or the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong methodological knowledge in project management.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with additional foreign languages being an asset.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as excellent communication skills on all management levels in multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
