- Text Production: Create high-quality, customer-focused content for various formats, including long-form content.
- Video Production: Collaborate with our Visual Content Specialist to produce compelling video scripts, training videos, and webinars.
- Content Management: Develop an editorial calendar, analyze content performance, and conduct content updates.
- Project Management: Successfully manage interdisciplinary projects and campaigns, and support colleagues in their project execution.
- Education and Experience: Completed training or studies in communications, marketing, or relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create customer-centric, conversion-driven marketing copy.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience in planning and executing interdisciplinary projects, with outstanding communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Strong customer-centric, team-oriented, and solution-focused work approach.
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in German (B2) and full professional working proficiency in English (C1), with any additional language skills being a plus.
- Technical and Medical Content: Excellent grasp of technical and medical content, with experience and expertise in the field of audiology being a significant advantage.
