About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team at A100 ROW GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a range of data center infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and network problems
  • Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
  • Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends, to maintain the 24/7 data center environment
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to off-duty emergency calls

Requirements
  • Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Completed formal education or training in an IT-related field
  • Excellent command of English
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with network protocols
  • Proficient with ticketing systems and Change Management Systems (CMS)
