About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solution concepts, architecture designs, and technical specifications, taking into account scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure successful solution implementation and address technical challenges.
  • Identify technical risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Support the selection and integration of technologies and tools to optimize development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in software development and architecture, preferably in a similar role as Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and common software development technologies (e.g., Java, C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in creating architecture designs, UML diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Good English skills and very good German skills.
