Business Unit Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Management Leader to join our team at WEPA. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading and managing all portfolio-related activities across our New Business Areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to drive business growth and improve project outcomes.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and report on project status, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Business Unit leadership team to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in portfolio management and leadership. You will have a relevant university degree in business administration or economics, with a focus on finance or strategy. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in transactional advisory and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent English and good German language skills.
