Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism Management Professional.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and creating customized travel packages for our clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management
    • Plan and create customized travel packages for our clients
    • Handle customer bookings and inquiries
    • Provide support to customers before, during, and after the booking process
  • Customer Success
    • Develop engaging and creative descriptions for our travel packages
    • Research and select relevant images and videos for our content management system
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the tourism industry, either through education or previous work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German as a native language
  • Interest in sales and customer service, with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
