About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team in Berlin. As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will work with advertisers to develop and implement successful sales funnel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Digital Marketing Advisor for advertisers, offering expert guidance and business support
- Evaluate social media ad performance, analyze data, and offer insights to optimize campaigns
- Make inbound and outbound calls, discussing advertisements, budgets, and strategies
- Collaborate with clients to implement successful sales funnel strategies
- Monitor trends and develop innovative ad campaign solutions
- Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including successful calls, strategy implementation, and campaign pitch rates
Requirements:
- Dutch (C1) + English (B2)
- At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience
- A passion for digital marketing, with a focus on social media
- Ability to work on-site in Berlin
Training and Development:
- 2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting (shadowing experienced colleagues)
- Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing during your training period
