Job Description

As a Disponent (m/w/d) Fernverkehr / Abfertigung at DACHSER SE, you will play a crucial role in shaping the logistics of tomorrow. Key Responsibilities
  • Disposition of partial and complete shipments under economic aspects.
  • Betrieb of our full charter fleet.
  • Verhandlungen with freight forwarders and independent purchase of cargo space.
  • Pflege of trustful relationships with our customers and partners, as well as close exchange with our on-site warehouse personnel and drivers.
  • National and international shipment preparation.
  • Procurement and creation of shipping documents, such as CMR freight notes, national freight notes, bridge and trailer escort notes.
  • Control of legally required documents and papers.
  • Overseeing departure times of line traffic and cargo space utilization.
  • Recording and processing of shipment data from orders.
  • Coordination of loading with the warehouse and disposition.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training.
  • Knowledge of forwarding processes.
  • Professional experience, preferably in a groupage forwarding company.
  • Well-developed quality understanding and professional telephone behavior.
  • Strong, resilient, team-oriented, and flexible.
