Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company that formulates innovative solutions to enhance product performance. As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and gain insight into internal HR processes and projects. You will work closely with our Human Resources team to support the onboarding of new hires, maintain and update employee records, and contribute to HR reporting.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team. If you are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of new hires, including preparing new employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, such as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
  • Participate in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous HR-related internship or coursework is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
  • English is a must.
