**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our Sales team at Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical sales projects for network transformers to energy supply and industrial companies, switchgear manufacturers, and power generation companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from order receipt to delivery, including coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial offers, as well as contracts, in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to ensure that customer requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably with complex products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SAP R/3 SD module (an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
