**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our Sales team at Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical sales projects for network transformers to energy supply and industrial companies, switchgear manufacturers, and power generation companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from order receipt to delivery, including coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on our products and services.
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial offers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and revenue growth.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with complex products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP R/3 SD module (an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
