Investment Operations Specialist

As a key member of our Wealth Management Operations Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital investment platform.
- You will be responsible for executing and monitoring daily payment, trading, and client data processes to deliver exceptional financial services to our Wealth Management clients.
- You will work closely with our external partners, such as custodian banks, to ensure alignment of stakeholders' expectations and maintain a high level of risk mitigation.
- You will contribute to the development of scalable processes and improvements, collaborating with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business.
- You will provide analytical support and gather information to inform decision-making.
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- You have gained experience in a bank, brokerage, or asset management, or an equivalent financial service institution.
- You possess knowledge of capital market products and banking processes.
- You have worked in a time-sensitive environment and demonstrated the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
- You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on innovative solutions (SQL expertise is a plus).
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
