Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Bochum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and conduct hearing tests in a service-oriented sales and consultation environment.
  • Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure optimal processes in the store to provide a unique customer experience.
  • Support our customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g., market days and health fairs).
  • As a data administrator, work carefully and keep all customer information up-to-date.
  • Within the store organization, support the deployment plan, manage the calendar, and take over order and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Care Professional.
  • You always act customer-oriented and enjoy consulting and sales.
  • You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy.
  • You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success.
  • You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
