We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Bochum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and conduct hearing tests in a service-oriented manner
- Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure optimal processes in the store to provide a unique customer experience
- Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships
- Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g., market days and health fairs)
- As a data administrator, you will maintain customer information accurately and keep it up-to-date
- Support the store organization in planning deployments, manage the calendar, and take care of ordering and inventory management
Requirements:
- You have completed your training as a Hearing Care Professional (m/w/d) with success
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling
- You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
- You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success
- You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility
