Aufgaben

Strategische Konzeption: Sie entwickeln und gestalten ein zentrales Einführungsmanagement, um vertriebliche Projekte professionell zu beraten, zu begleiten und zu steuern.

Anforderungsanalyse: Sie identifizieren vertriebliche Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen, um innovative Konzepte zu erarbeiten, die Synergien nutzen und Projekte effektiv steuern.

Formatentwicklung: Sie kreieren zentrale und dezentrale Change-Management-Formate, um Transformationsstorys zu gestalten und das Wissensmanagement zu fördern.

Stakeholder-Management: Sie bauen direkte Schnittstellen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern auf, arbeiten eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen und tragen Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung und Vermarktung der Abteilungsziele.

Profil / Anforderungen

Erfahrung und Fachwissen: Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzberatung Komposit und Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Versicherungsbranche. Ihr umfassendes Wissen in Vertrieb, Steuerung, Prozessen und Changemanagement setzen Sie gezielt ein, um Projekte erfolgreich zu führen.

Innovativ und proaktiv: Sie hinterfragen den Status quo und denken stets voraus, um neue Wege zu finden und zu beschreiten.

Vernetztes Denken: Komplexität sehen Sie als spannende Herausforderung, die Sie geschickt meistern und für sich und andere nutzbar machen.

Kreativ und präzise: Sie sind ein Problemlöser, der ganzheitliche, pragmatische und praktikable Lösungen entwickelt.
