We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Abbott Diabetes Care in Wiesbaden, Germany. As a key member of our Commercial EMEAP team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic commercial projects and programs in the Area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple large implementation projects, process improvement initiatives, and change management projects with a focus on driving business performance.
- Lead multi-functional core teams across geographic locations and functional areas, ensuring proper quality of execution and meeting business needs.
- Develop and follow-up on project plans, working closely with various disciplines to establish project objectives, develop cost analysis, and create project schedules and budgets.
- Act as an owner for change management and stakeholder management plans, setting up Steering Committees and aligning with stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of excellence for PMO setup at EMEA level, promoting and developing tools and templates, and conducting trainings for colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in science, business administration, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Formal education and certification in project management skills, such as PMP, Prince2, or LSS Black Belt.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the MedTech or Pharma or HealthCare industry, with a focus on managing complex projects and programs.
- Solid commercial focus, with experience in e-commerce, IT solutions, finance, supply chain, and customer service.
- Proven track record and experience as a program/project manager, with excellent knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex processes and interdependencies.
- Ability to lead by influence and without hierarchy in a matrix organization, with a strategic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
