Marketing Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing-Manager, der unsere Marke in der Kinobranche weiterentwickeln möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Koordination des Marketingbereichs: Als Ansprechperson haben Sie ein offenes Ohr für die Marketinganfragen Ihrer Kolleg*innen im Tagesgeschäft und fordern die nötige Zuarbeit ein.
  • Verhelfen Sie der Marke unseres Familienunternehmens zu mehr Sichtbarkeit.
  • Kino erleben und Kino leben: Dafür planen und entwickeln Sie Ideen für mitreißende Kampagnen für verschiedene Zielgruppen und setzen diese gemeinsam mit den Teams in unseren Standorten um.
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Präsentation und Reporting von umgesetzten Projekten.
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle, unter Zuarbeit der Teams vor Ort.
  • Beobachtung globaler Trends sowie Adaption in die lokalen Media-Strategien.
  • Im Team betreuen Sie die Weiterentwicklung von analogen und digitalen Kommunikationsmedien.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing-Bereich.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, den gängigen Marketing-Tools und Social Media Plattformen.
  • Ein sehr gutes Auge für Bildsprache sowie ein gutes Gespür für Formen, Farben und Typografie.
  • Sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit einem kritischen Auge für Details.
  • Strukturierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil.
  • Ideenreichtum, Kreativität und eine proaktive, flexible, Hands-on Arbeitseinstellung.
  • Hohe Affinität zu neuen Technologien und Trends.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Humor.
