Content Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a variety of content formats, including web content, white papers, case studies, social media posts, and blogs.
- Conduct thorough internal and external research to uncover critical insights, trends, and strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Effectively communicate content strategies across the organization and promote the significance of high-quality content.
- Maintain expertise in social media management, focusing on audience engagement, tracking performance, and reporting outcomes.
- Oversee and optimize an automated content marketing system aimed at generating and qualifying leads.
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google AdWords in a B2B context.
- Familiarity with the Retail Marketplace is preferred.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for specific target audiences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Drip, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing skills with the capability to create engaging, audience-focused materials, leveraging insights from various company specialists.
