Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Direct Response Copywriting expert who will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving revenue and growth through powerful, conversion-focused copy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee and ensure consistent messaging across all channels—web, email, social media, and more—to support customer engagement and drive actionable results.
  • Craft and refine persuasive copy for various platforms, such as landing pages, sales emails, and ads, designed to turn readers into customers, following direct response principles.
  • Continuously test and optimize content strategies using data insights and performance metrics to improve engagement, sales growth, and customer retention.
  • Lead and mentor the content and copywriting teams, fostering a creative environment focused on delivering high-quality, results-driven content.
  • Regularly monitor content performance against key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a team and developing employees.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and high professional level of German (C1).
  • Proven expertise in content marketing, content management, and conversion-focused copywriting.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear direction while fostering creativity and maintaining a strong focus on conversion outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions, particularly around content performance, conversion optimization, and customer behavior insights.
  • Content versatility, with experience producing high-quality content across various channels (web, email, social media, video).
  • Strong grasp of brand messaging combined with a focus on creating stories that lead to measurable business results.
