Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Work Preparator (f/m/d) to join our Naval Production department at HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and collaborating in the implementation of work processes and sequences in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and management of production documents, work plans, and parts lists for series devices and repairs
- Supporting the development and testing of prototypes and the launch of projects/products in production
- Planning equipment with a focus on optics and mechanics, including automation
- Participation in the determination of required production capacities and development of proposals for production-oriented design of components
- Carrying out target/actual comparisons and calculating production costs
- Collaboration in the definition, development, testing, qualification, release, and introduction of new technologies, processes, and methods in production
- Support with technical problems in production
Requirements
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, optoelectronics, or technical vocational training with a further qualification as a technician in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Sound experience in the assembly and commissioning of optoelectronic devices and systems, as well as in measurement technology
- Experience in work preparation and automation, as well as Industry 4.0
- Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and CAD
- Methodological knowledge of lean production and Six Sigma
