Compliance Manager Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Corporate Compliance Team, you will play a critical role in further developing and strengthening our Global Compliance Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review compliance processes to identify weaknesses and assess compliance risks.
- Implement Compliance Program elements for STADA Germany, providing oversight on all Compliance issues and activities.
- Advise on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, data privacy, export control, and sanctions.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, codes, and the business environment in which STADA Germany operates.
- Identify risks, ensure they are understood, and bring them to the appropriate business/function head at STADA Germany.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal STADA Germany on Compliance topics relevant for STADA's German Senior Executive Committee.
- University degree in law, economics, or comparable studies.
- 2-5 years' experience in a compliance role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Profound knowledge of underlying rules and regulations for ABAC, Healthcare Compliance, and white-collar crime.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English.
