Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Compliance Team in our Legal department. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and strengthening STADA's Global Compliance Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review compliance processes to identify weaknesses and ensure sound internal controls.
- Implement Compliance Program elements for STADA Germany, providing oversight regarding all Compliance issues and activities.
- Advise on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, data privacy, export control, and sanctions.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, codes, and the business environment in which STADA Germany operates.
- Identify risks, ensure they are understood, and bring them to the appropriate business/function head at STADA Germany.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal STADA Germany on Compliance topics relevant for STADA's German Senior Executive Committee.
- Monitor, evaluate, and implement important compliance court rulings or legislation for STADA Germany.
Requirements
- University degree in law, economics, or comparable studies.
- 2-5 years' experience in a compliance role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Profound knowledge of underlying rules and regulations for ABAC, Healthcare Compliance, and white-collar crime.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English.
- Ability to work under time pressure and monitor strict timelines.
