About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global IT Network Engineer to join our global IT operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and accessibility of our network infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability and performance of our WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Develop and implement our global network strategy and design.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network issues independently.
  • Manage technical requirements and coordinate with service providers.
  • Support organizational change management and record technical service documentation.
Your Profile
  • University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in network engineering, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, MPLS, SD-WAN, routers, VPN, gateways, proxy, and firewall.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, and network design.
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification and knowledge of ITIL service processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German advantageous.
