As a member of the team, you will contribute to research and development, working on projects ranging from product development to process optimization in sustainable and efficient paper production.

Your tasks

  • You will develop new test rigs on a pilot or laboratory scale, put them into operation, and evaluate them technologically.
  • You will plan and carry out tests on the test rigs and analyze the results from a technological perspective.
  • You will support external trials in paper mills.
  • Literature research on paper technology topics will broaden your field of vision.
  • You may take on design engineering tasks.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical degree program with a focus on product development.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
  • You appreciate the variety between theoretical and practical activities.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and want to create something new with others.
  • You have an independent, structured, and careful way of working.
