We are seeking a talented individual to support our Group Division Paper as a Research and Development Intern in Stock Preparation.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to research and development projects, working on exciting tasks ranging from product development to process optimization in sustainable and efficient paper production.
  • Develop new test rigs on a pilot or laboratory scale, put them into operation, and evaluate them technologically.
  • Plan and carry out tests on the test rigs, analyzing results from a technological perspective.
  • Lend a hand and support external trials in paper mills.
  • Conduct literature research on paper technology topics to broaden your field of vision.
  • Take on design engineering tasks.


Your Profile

  • You are studying process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical degree program with a focus on product development.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
  • You appreciate the variety between theoretical and practical activities.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and want to create something new with others.
  • You have an independent, structured, and careful way of working.
