Role Overview- As a Wafertest Specialist in a fully continuous 24/7 shift system, you will assist various departments in managing and processing upcoming batches in the areas of parameter and wafer testing.
- Your responsibilities will also include analyzing process results and preparing individual process approvals. In addition to preparing production equipment, you will coordinate and communicate with production management as part of your extensive responsibilities.
- Your tasks will further involve proactive error prevention utilizing SPC/FDC and statistical analysis of test results, troubleshooting and resolving issues in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, as well as supporting continuous improvement programs (quality, cost, equipment efficiency).
- Education: Completed technical vocational training, with several years of professional experience in semiconductor production, ideally in wafer testing.
- Personality: Team-oriented, adaptable, motivated, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system.
- Work Style: Independent, responsible work approach, results-driven work style, with a focus on the highest reliability and quality.
- Skills: Vocational training, practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, ideally in wafer testing, broad knowledge in high-volume semiconductor production with a focus on wafer testing or batch processing, and familiarity with methodologies such as 5S, SPC, and FDC is desirable.
- Languages: Proficient in German, basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
