We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team at our Steinfurt production site.

Glatfelter is a leading global supplier of technical materials, and our Steinfurt site produces airlaid products on two ultra-modern lines. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining our systems and machines, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, fire alarm systems, boilers, and compressors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of systems and machines, including regular inspections and repairs
  • Implementation of projects to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Continuous monitoring of machine functionality through online warehouse monitoring
  • Inspection of water treatment systems

Requirements include:

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic or comparable technical vocational training
  • Relevant professional experience and technical understanding
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Reliable and careful way of working
