Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring EDI interfaces
  • Providing customer support related to logistics
  • Coordinating return processes and associated activities
  • Verifying invoices for accuracy
  • Assisting in logistics-related projects
  • Tracking and reporting on essential performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Educational background relevant to logistics
  • Demonstrated experience in the logistics field
  • Proficiency in SAP R3 and advanced Excel skills

  • Fluency in both German and English
