Job Description:

You will be part of a dynamic team that drives the development of innovative products. If you share our passion for designing products that improve people's lives, we should get to know each other. This position is a parental leave replacement and temporary for 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Idea Generation: Develop new products and technologies that meet regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Manage and lead projects throughout the development lifecycle, including Design Reviews, Technical Reviews, and Project Gate Reviews.
  • Prepare and present project status at all levels of the company.
  • Technical Responsibility: Oversee a dedicated product assortment in the field of advanced wound care.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
  • Support the wider company in maintaining and updating documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Ensure product compliance with all relevant rules and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Completed studies in natural science/engineering, such as medical technology, polymer science, or chemistry, and associated production technologies.
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management.
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices.
  • Experience in designing and processing polymeric materials.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and associated subject areas.
  • Fluent in English and German.
