About Us

The S-CountryDesk is an international network of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe that provides support for cross-border business activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. Our network operates de-centralized, with the S-CountryDesk Coordination Office located in the Deutsche Leasing Group in Bad Homburg.

Tasks

  • Administration, maintenance, and active participation in the development of our app and website
  • First-level support for technical inquiries regarding the use of the website and app
  • Creation of regular evaluations of downloads, usage statistics, etc.
  • Dispatch of evaluations, newsletters, etc. using online tools
  • Contact with programmers and agencies
  • Automation and optimization of evaluations and statistics
  • Redactional and creative work in the team

Profile

  • You are a registered student in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • You have a high affinity for internet and online topics
  • Excellent knowledge of office software (MS Office, Office ) and, in particular, Excel pivot functions and VBA
  • First experiences with an internet content management system (ideally Typo3) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Basic knowledge of VBA and confidence in maintaining and expanding existing VBA scripts
  • Excellent self-organization and independent working skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
