Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Management Specialist to join our team at S-CountryDesk GmbH. As an IT Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and development of our mobile app and website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our mobile app and website, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Provide first-level support for technical inquiries related to the website and app.
  • Develop and implement regular reports on downloads, usage statistics, and other relevant metrics.
  • Utilize online tools to send reports and newsletters to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and agencies to ensure smooth app and website development.
  • Automate and optimize reports and statistics to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the creative and editorial aspects of our team.
Requirements
  • You are a currently enrolled student in a degree program related to Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • You have a strong affinity for internet and online topics.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of office software (MS Office, Office 365) and Excel pivot functions.
  • You have experience with an internet content management system (ideally Typo3) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • You have basic knowledge of VBA and are confident in maintaining and expanding existing VBA scripts.
  • You have excellent self-organization and independent working skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have excellent German and good English language skills.
