Your Challenge

As a Sales Praktikant or Werkstudent, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, supporting our sales activities and building customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn, take on responsibility, and gain experience in sales. Your tasks will include:

  • Establishing contact with customers from our network of over 45,000 farmers to identify their machinery needs.
  • Supporting the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, working closely with experienced sales managers.
  • Creating sales offers based on individual customer requirements and our current machinery offerings.
  • Building and maintaining your own network of customers to expand our customer portfolio.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer loyalty and sales performance.
  • Integrating KI-Tools to continuously improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
  • German as a native language and good English skills for internal communication.
  • Passion for sales, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating to solve challenges.
  • Availability for at least 6 months to ensure sufficient learning progress and commercial success.
