Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our Corporate Strategy Team at Stepstone GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing global strategic projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a strategic project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German and English
