Job Title: Operations Performance Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Performance Leader to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a key member of our Operations Performance & Continuous Improvement organization, you will be responsible for driving the deployment of our Airbus Operating System (AOS) in Operations, focusing on our industrial basics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define priorities and strategic roadmap with operations top management
  • Ensure yearly PCI objectives cascading to operational teams
  • Deploy Value Stream Analysis and Kaizen Productivity initiatives to improve industrial flows
  • Coach and spread Gemba On-Job-Training by managers on industrial basics
  • Structure, motivate, develop and sustain our local PCI Network

Requirements:

  • Fully autonomous Lean Manufacturing Expert with production management and supply chain background
  • Ability to build and drive improvement teams and ensure execution of defined roadmaps
  • Knowledge of financial system and ability to develop teams on lean principles
  • Proactivity, action orientation, courage, tenacity, energy, positive attitude, ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in change management and open-mindedness
