Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Strategic Purchasing team in Donauwörth. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks, including project support, day-to-day business operations, and collaboration with internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the department with projects in Strategic Purchasing
  • Assist the department in day-to-day business operations, including sourcing new suppliers, launch calls for tender, negotiation, and support for contract signature
  • Collaborate with strategic buyers and internal customers
  • Analyze relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student in the field of business administration, engineering, or similar
  • Confident handling of MS Office or Google Suite
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • First practical experience desirable (negotiation skills, project management)
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
  • Team player, communicative, and independent working style
