Job Title: Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our core-growth team, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of mobile paid user acquisition and work alongside top industry specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and managing performance advertising campaigns on major Paid Social Media platforms.
  • Managing and analyzing campaigns on main Mobile DSPs.
  • Creating and updating performance reports based on targeted KPIs.
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
  • Preparing creative briefs for our graphics team.
  • Exploring artificial intelligence tools to improve our creative production process.
  • Consulting with clients on tracking & analytics topics.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven success in managing paid user acquisition channels for mobile applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners tools and tracking & attribution.
  • Experience with Apple's SKAd network.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Good presentation skills and experience with Google Slides, Keynote, and Power Point.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English, with other languages welcome.
