Product Development Leader for Cross-Platform Games

At GameDuell, we're seeking a Product Development Leader to drive the success of our cross-platform games portfolio. As a key player in our team, you'll leverage your expertise in product strategy and roadmapping to shape the future of our web and mobile games.

This role offers autonomy and creative freedom, allowing you to take ownership of projects and bring your strategic vision to life. You'll collaborate with a passionate and dynamic team to build exceptional gaming experiences that balance business goals with the highest standards of user experience.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned product management professional with 5+ years of experience in the games industry, particularly in free-to-play (F2P) models. Your excellent collaboration and communication skills will enable you to bring diverse teams together, align them around a common vision, and create excitement for shared goals without direct management responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product metrics, player funnels, and A/B testing, backed by advanced Excel skills. They'll be proactive and results-oriented, driving projects forward with a high level of autonomy while maintaining focus on achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Strategy: Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps, collaborating closely with producers to ensure that new features align with the overall vision
  • Motivate and Unite Teams: Foster a collaborative and engaging atmosphere, encouraging team members to work toward common goals with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose
  • Lead with Data-Driven Insights: Establish and monitor KPIs for game performance, using data analysis to guide product growth direction and feature prioritization
  • Enhance Acquisition, Engagement, and Monetization: Oversee the development and optimization of acquisition strategies, engagement loops, and monetization models, with a preference for F2P models with in-app monetization
  • Deliver Business Impact: Craft compelling business cases for new and existing products and features, driving initiatives that align with our strategic goals and significantly impact user experience
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the gaming market through competitive reviews, staying ahead of trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate our products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the games industry, particularly in F2P models
  • Very good Collaboration and Communication skills: You excel at bringing diverse teams together, aligning them around a common vision, and creating excitement for shared goals without direct management responsibility
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of product metrics, player funnels, and A/B testing. Expertise in using data to inform decisions, backed by advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: You shine in a fast-paced environment, driving projects forward with a high level of autonomy while maintaining focus on achieving business objectives
  • Collaborative by Nature: You are open-minded and excel in a participatory, team-based environment, building consensus and creating alignment through open communication
