Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Officer to join our team at Clearstream Holding AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our regulatory reports.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit supervisory and statistical reports (FINREP, COREP, Liquidity, Balance Sheet Statistics) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide analysis of regulatory requirements and financial statements, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Liaise with auditors (internal and external) to prepare requested analyses and documentation.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with stakeholders involved in regulatory reporting processes.
- Update regulatory reporting policies and procedures as necessary.
- Analyze supervisory topics and implement changes within the Clearstream Group.
- Continuously optimize existing processes.
- Participate in cross-divisional projects and represent supervisory reporting.
- Academic degree in finance or business administration.
- Prior experience in regulatory reporting and knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the financial industry.
- Prior experience in Financial Accounting (IFRS and HGB) is an asset.
- Experience with regulatory reporting software (i.e., A360) is an asset.
- Outstanding analytical skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
- Fluent in business English and German.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to tackle challenges as they arise.
- Strong team player, collaboratively working across the Clearstream Group.
