Workidentity GmbH Seeks Experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and monitor reports according to regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze changes in legislation and their impact on reporting, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Maintain and improve reporting systems, particularly Bais, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct quality assurance measures and data checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and respond to regulatory inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
Required Profile
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in regulatory reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including CRR, COREP, and FINREP.
  • Experience with reporting system Bais or similar systems, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
  • High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills and team orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
