Senior Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insights Specialist to join our team at Teads. As a key member of our Global Insights & Measurement Team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to support revenue opportunities in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Support the German market with local insights in response to client needs, project management of client studies, and presenting back results to clients.
- Supervise the work of junior team members in the German insights and measurement organisation as appropriate.
- Manage German insight and measurement plans, including proving that advertising on Teads drives meaningful outcomes to our clients, sourcing and scoping new measurement approaches, and representing the needs of the German market at Industry and client events.
- Develop consumer and market insights for verticals (CPG, Retail, Automotive, Travel, Tech, Finance, Luxury) in line with the business objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Basic statistics (exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering, Factor analysis, regression, classification etc)
- Analysis/visualisation tools (Looker, excel)
- Proficient user of presentation tools
- Language fluency in both German and English essential
