Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our international IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement risk management processes to ensure the effective identification and mitigation of risks.
- Develop and maintain risk reports for senior management and committees, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess risks, developing strategies to mitigate new risks.
- Promote a proactive and open risk culture through training and guidance, ensuring a high level of risk awareness across the organization.
- Degree in information technology, computer science, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles within an internal or external management consulting service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured work approach.
- Partial mobile working within Germany, including equipment and flexible working hours.
