Process Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Manager to join our team at our Bobingen location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to workplace safety, health, and environmental protection, while also optimizing production processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the implementation of process improvements and optimizations to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Leading the production optimization team and providing guidance on process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Providing technical expertise and support to production teams to ensure smooth operation of production processes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to workplace safety, health, and environmental protection

You will bring a strong background in engineering, preferably in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering.
